Candidate Grievance Process
Candidates have the right to appeal any disciplinary action taken against them. This grievance application must be submitted within three (3) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from the alleged violation, and a review process will be conducted to ensure fairness and transparency. Late requests will not be considered.
If a candidate believes that an accusation of misconduct was made in error:
- Written Appeal:
Submit this grievance application within three (3) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of the alleged incident. - Review:
D&SDT-HEADMASTER will review the incident report, evidence, and the candidate’s statements provided within this application. - Decision:
A written decision will be issued within 10 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, and sent to your email and the State agency. - Final Appeal:
If dissatisfied, you may submit a final appeal to D&SDT-HEADMASTER and/or the designated State authority within three (3) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of the decision.
Non-Retaliation
Candidates will not face retaliation for submitting a grievance in good faith.
